The agency
Livevent is an event management agency based in France (Annecy) and Switzerland (Geneva), specializing in the organisation of large events, up to several thousand participants, whether for sports competitions, conferences, product launches, conventions or other corporate events. Livevent is involved in the design, promotion and organisation of events at all stages of your project, working with the local authorities to obtain authorisation to occupy the public domain.

Having organized more than 30 events, each with more than 5,000 participants, in France and Switzerland, we have particular expertise in managing complex outdoor events, where the safety of participants and the smoothness of their experience must be assured. Our team provides complete event structuring, ensuring that the organisation is optimal and compliant with requirements.
